Who is responsible. This website is operated by Corefield Succession Advisory, a business name of Alphraa Ventures Corporation. Questions about your information can be sent through the contact form; mark them “Privacy”.
What does this website collect?
When you send a message. The details you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your phone number, business details or a message. If you have just taken the Check and leave the box ticked, your Check answers are sent with your message. The form also notes the first page you visited on this site, the website you arrived from, and any partner referral link you used, so Corefield knows how you found it.
When you take the Check. The Check runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere unless you choose to send them with a message. If Corefield switches on anonymous statistics, the answers and score are saved without your name, email address or any other contact details, to build a picture of how dependent businesses typically are. Published statistics never include any group of fewer than five responses, or anything that could identify a business.
When you visit. The website uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites. It counts visits and pages viewed. The site itself sets no cookies.
How is your information used?
Only to reply to you, to prepare for any conversation you ask for, and to keep a record of that correspondence. It is never sold, never shared with anyone outside Corefield except the service providers below, and never added to a mailing list without your separate permission. It is never shared with any other business owned by Corefield’s owner.
Which service providers handle it?
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the cookie-free visit counts.
- The form service (Web3Forms or Formspree) receives messages sent through the contact form and passes them to Corefield by email.
- Supabase stores anonymous Check statistics, if they are switched on.
These providers may process information in other countries. They handle it only to provide their service.
How long is it kept?
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the relationship and for reasonable business records, and then deleted. You can ask for your information to be deleted sooner, unless it must be kept for legal reasons.
What are your choices?
You can ask what information Corefield holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, through the contact form. You can also take the Check without giving any personal information at all.
How is it protected?
The website is served only over an encrypted connection, contact details are kept in a limited number of accounts protected by two-factor sign-in, and anything learned in an engagement is kept confidential under the terms of that engagement.
Will this notice change?
If it does, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
